The ultimate upgrade has arrived. Virgin Australia are offering Velocity Frequent Flyer members the chance to upgrade to a seat on Virgin Galactic´s SpaceShipTwo.

In a world-first, Virgin Australia are giving travellers the opportunity to become a certified astronaut with the world´s first commercial spaceline, Virgin Galactic. Plus, Velocity Frequent Flyer are granting Platinum membership to all Australian and New Zealand astronauts registered to fly with Virgin Galactic now and into the future.



Velocity Frequent Flyer Chief Executive Officer, Neil Thompson, said: “Since our program first launched in 2005, we have strived to offer more than just a traditional frequent flyer scheme."
